Wind, Snow and Temps in the Teens

So, disappointed with my first Saturday in January.

Sure liked your blog on New Years Day… farming and soap, making the comparison. Yup, working for a “big 2017 harvest”. But oh, the planning, and the money running out the door. Does the “leak” ever stop? Killing me… Ha!
I’m the better part of 2300 miles West of you and it doesn’t get any warmer. Just no snow.
12F on the deck right at the moment. Blessed to have island and water view. When you see the ice starting to form on the salt water and the water looks deep and almost black, you know it is C O L D. But it has a beauty of its own… with my back to the fireplace.
Keeping the hummingbird feeders unfrozen is the biggest chore right now. Will get to soaping tonight.
